Create incentives directly inside the study workflow
Incentives are rewards offered to participants for their time, effort, and insight. In Terapage, researchers can create an incentive from the study area, choose whether Terapage should manage delivery through Tremendous, or record incentives they will handle outside the platform. This keeps incentive setup close to recruitment, activity completion, and participant management.
Researchers can include or exclude participants, import lists, select only completed participants, and decide whether rewards are sent immediately, on study completion, after a specific activity, or at a scheduled time.
Get StartedPowered by Tremendous, controlled by Terapage
Terapage can use Tremendous to deliver incentives globally while researchers continue managing everything from the Terapage workspace. Participants can receive eGift cards, virtual Visa cards, PayPal, bank transfer, mobile top-up, donations, and other payout options depending on their country and the reward configuration.
Terapage does not need to hold participant reward funds inside its own account. It can trigger the incentive request, capture status updates, store audit records, and help the researcher reconcile what was sent, delivered, redeemed, failed, or pending.
Choose the right reward for the right participant
Terapage supports flexible incentive types including eGift cards, virtual prepaid cards, PayPal, bank transfer, cash, donations, swag, and company credit. Researchers can set the value, currency, delivery method, participant message, and trigger rules in one place.
This helps teams match the reward to the audience, the research effort, the country, the study length, and the participant relationship without turning the process into a spreadsheet exercise.
Participant ExperienceReview before sending, then automate confidently
Before an incentive is created, Terapage gives researchers a clean review screen showing method, participants, incentive value, delivery rules, estimated cost, and what happens next. This reduces errors before money is committed and gives teams a simple audit trail for approvals and reconciliation.
Once confirmed, Terapage can automatically send the incentive when the configured trigger occurs, such as study completion, task completion, manual release, or scheduled delivery.
Track every incentive from one dashboard
The incentive overview brings budget, spend, delivery, redemption, pending, and failed rewards into one place. Researchers can filter by study, incentive type, status, source, and participant, then export records for reporting or finance reconciliation.
Terapage records whether an incentive was managed through Tremendous, sent externally, imported by CSV, or manually tracked, so the team gets a unified operational view instead of scattered records.
See ReportingManage participant eligibility and fulfilment status
Researchers can see who is eligible, excluded, delivered, redeemed, pending, failed, or sent externally. This is especially useful when participant lists are large, when a study has multiple activities, or when incentives are only released after a completion rule is met.
Built-in participant-level tracking helps reduce duplicate payments, missed rewards, and manual follow-up, while keeping the reward experience transparent and respectful for participants.
Track incentives sent outside Terapage too
Some teams may still send rewards outside Terapage by bank transfer, PayPal, internal finance systems, manual gift cards, or another platform. Terapage allows those incentives to be logged, imported, updated in bulk, and included in the same dashboard as automated Tremendous incentives.
This makes Terapage more than a sending tool. It becomes the system of record for research incentive accountability across internal and external reward workflows.
Connect External SystemsTurn reward activity into clear reports
Incentive reports help research teams understand total value, delivery rate, redemption rate, pending rewards, failed payments, study-level performance, and incentive trends over time. Reports can support finance reconciliation, client reporting, internal governance, and research operations planning.
By combining reward data with study and participant records, Terapage helps teams understand whether incentives are supporting recruitment, completion, and retention as intended.
Govern budgets, approvals, notifications, and data retention
Terapage incentive settings give administrators control over default currency, timezone, date and number formats, incentive ID prefix, approval thresholds, daily sending limits, budget alerts, redemption notifications, audit trails, data retention, and whether participant data is masked in exports.
This gives agencies, enterprise teams, and research operations leaders the flexibility to run incentives at scale while preserving transparency, compliance, and financial control.
